How do you price your projects?

Every project is priced based on scope, timeline and specific needs. Because no two projects are the same, we don’t offer fixed pricing per service type. Once we understand your goals, deliverables and deadlines, we’ll provide a clear, tailored quote.

Do you offer ongoing design support?

Yes. We offer ongoing design support for clients who need regular creative work across brand, digital, print or web. For long-term partnerships, we also offer retainer packages at a discounted rate. Retainers allow us to plan ahead, prioritise your work and provide consistent, high-quality design, we are able to offer these retainers at a discounted price due to the stability of an ongoing collaboration.

Do you require payment before final delivery?

Yes. For most projects, we require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon final approval and before any files, assets, website handover or offboarding materials are released. For larger projects valued over £10,000, we require a 30% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance agreed and scheduled in advance.

How many revisions are included?

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, which are agreed before work begins. This helps keep the process focused, efficient and on schedule. Revisions apply to refining the agreed direction, not exploring entirely new concepts. Any additional revisions outside the agreed scope can be accommodated and are charged separately.

Can you work to a tight deadline?

We’ll always try to accommodate deadlines where possible. Qucik turnaround projects may incur an additional fee depending on calendar availability and scope.
